This was claimed to be a frequently returned item and I disagree 🤷🏾‍♂️. I personally say it's a game changer when it comes to cooking. The only thing is a warning is that there isn't a plug so if purchase add a black/same color power plug to USB A to C

Makes it easy for me to grind my peppercorns.

I really enjoy fresh peppercorns, especially the mixed variety, but I have trouble with the grinders. They always seem to jam and slip in my hands, preventing me from turning the grinder as I would like to. I have not used both of them yet. I’ve only used one for pepper and it’s just what I want it. It works great. It looks nice and clean. I like it very much. I cannot wait to get some salt to use the other one.

Excellent product all the way around. Just came back to search my old order so that I could buy another set, so it seemed like a good time to review. I'm buying another set for friends because they like our so much, ours are still working just fine and we love them.Looking at my history, I can't believe we've already had these for 2 years. They worked great out of the box, and they still work great today. We do NOT leave them on the charger. In fact, the charger lives in that weird cabinet up above the stove where things go to be forgotten forever. I've only gotten it out to charge the grinders a few times, and only then because I was thinking about it. They've never actually gone dead on us yet and we use them most every day.NOT leaving them on the charger may (or may not) lead to a longer battery life. I don't know. But I'm sure it keeps the charging base from getting covered up in salt/pepper. I'll bet I've only used our charging base 4 or 5 times total (including the first time), and ours still works fine and looks brand new.I'm only aware of 2 downsides. 1) the fill opening is a little small. I lay them flat and use a spoon when I'm refilling, but it's slightly challenging to do it without making a mess. 2) they do tend to make a little bit of a mess on the table when you sit them down. We got a little round wooden tray to set them on, and that helps catch all the extra salt/pepper that might fall out when you set it down. It's NOT a huge amount, it's just whatever is leftover after you use it. And I suppose that's just what comes with grinders that come out of the bottom. We solved it with a $2 decorative little tray, and I do prefer it coming out of the bottom than the top, so it works for us.Other than that, we just love these. I thought they were a little silly when I first ordered them, but it was an inexpensive Christmas present, so what the heck? But it turns out we love them and use them every day, in the kitchen, on the table, with guests, just all the time. They work, they're rechargeable so you don't need batteries, the grind it adjustable, and they were about the cheapest ones I could find at the time. Their price does not reflect the quality. Highly recommend you try them out, and if you catch them on sale, then buy two sets because someone will comment on them and you'll want to give a set away as just a cool fun little gift.

It seems the battery life is an issue with this product.

I would say this worked for me for like 5 or 6 months then the salt stopped working and like a month later the pepper. Note, before I started to have issues it worked great and I was happy with the product.

I’ve had these for almost a year now and they still work great! I rarely ever charge them, even though I use them daily. I love that I can change the coarseness of the grind. They are light weight as well.
