Q: Are your knives and cookware dishwasher safe?
A: Many of our products are dishwasher safe, and this will be clearly noted on each product page.
Even when items are labeled dishwasher safe, we generally recommend hand washing and drying knives and cookware to help extend their life and keep them looking their best.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change it, but you can still use our return process after delivery.
