We aim to process orders quickly, so you can start using your new kitchen essentials as soon as possible.

Most orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will typically be processed on the next business day.
If there is an unexpected delay with processing your order, we will do our best to inform you by email.
3. Delivery Times (Estimated)
Delivery times can vary based on your location, the specific items ordered, and the shipping carrier. Typical delivery estimates are:

United States: usually 2–5 business days after your order has been processed

Canada & United Kingdom: usually 3–7 business days after your order has been processed

4. Shipping Methods & Fulfillment Partners
To provide fast, reliable delivery, we may ship your order using different carriers and fulfillment partners. In some cases, your order may be shipped directly from one of our logistics partners’ warehouses.

You may receive separate packages if your order includes multiple items shipped from different locations.

Regardless of the fulfillment partner, your order is managed by Simmerly Home, and our customer support remains your main point of contact.
5. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
We aim to keep shipping simple and transparent.

Many of our items and orders qualify for free fast shipping on eligible orders.

If any shipping charge applies, it will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Shipping costs (if any) may depend on:

Original shipping charges (if charged) are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or when the return is due to our error (for example, a wrong or damaged item). For details, please see our Refund & Return Policy.

You will not be charged extra shipping costs for split shipments beyond what was shown at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may contact you to confirm the correct address and may need to charge an additional shipping fee to resend the package.

Simmerly Home is not responsible for lost or undelivered orders due to address errors provided by the customer.
If you realize you made a mistake in your address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@homedecorhubs.com. If the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the address.
10. Delayed, Lost or Stolen Packages
We understand how frustrating shipping issues can be and will do our best to assist.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, please first:

If your package appears delayed or stuck in transit, please wait a few days, as carriers sometimes update tracking late.

11. Order Cancellations & Changes
We begin processing orders quickly to keep delivery times short.

We cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
If your order has already shipped, you may need to follow our Refund & Return Policy after delivery.
