By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms of this Refund & Return Policy.


1. 30-Day Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return on eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unused and undamaged,

  • in its original packaging (including any accessories, inserts, or manuals),

  • and accompanied by proof of purchase (your order confirmation email is sufficient).

If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, we may not be able to offer a refund or return, except where required by law.


2. Free Returns on Eligible Orders

For many orders and items, we aim to make returns as simple as possible and may provide free return shipping on eligible returns.

  • For eligible returns, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

  • In some situations (for example, depending on the item type, condition, or location), you may be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Any such details will be clearly communicated when you contact us about your return.

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns that follow our policy and are in acceptable condition.

Original shipping charges (if any) are generally non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error (for example, wrong item shipped) or where required by law.


3. How to Start a Return

  • your order number,

  • the item(s) you wish to return,

  • and the reason for the return (for example: not what I expected, arrived damaged, wrong item, etc.).

We will review your request and, if the return is approved:

  1. Confirm whether your order qualifies for free return shipping,

  2. Provide you with a return shipping label or return instructions,

  3. Share the return address and any additional steps you need to follow.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@homedecorhubs.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To help us process your claim quickly, please include:

  • clear photos of the product,

  • the outer packaging,

  • and the shipping label on the box.

Once we review the information, we may offer:

  • a replacement,

  • a refund,

  • or another appropriate solution, depending on the situation and product availability.

In cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will typically provide a prepaid return label (if a return is required) and cover the cost of return shipping.


5. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and practical reasons, some items cannot be returned. These include, but are not limited to:

  • items that have been used with food, liquids, or heat,

  • items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or show signs of misuse,

  • gift cards,

  • items explicitly marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.

If you are unsure whether a specific item is returnable, please contact us before placing your order or before opening/using the product.


6. Exchanges

We do not process direct item-for-item exchanges at this time.

If you would like a different product, size, or variation, the fastest way is:

  1. Complete a return for the original item (if eligible), and

  2. Place a new order for the item you would like instead.


7. Order Cancellations & Changes

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.

  • If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately at info@homedecorhubs.com with your order number and details of the requested change.

  • We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.

If the order has shipped and you no longer want it, you may need to wait for delivery and then follow the return process described above.


8. Refund Processing

Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we will notify you by email and let you know whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
    Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still have not received it, please contact us at info@homedecorhubs.com with your name and order number.


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you believe your refund is late or missing, we recommend:

  1. Checking your bank account or card statement again,

  2. Contacting your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted,

  3. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at info@homedecorhubs.com and we will investigate further.
