Beautiful Bamboo and no worry about microplastics!

Super nice Bamboo cutting boards that I've now been using for a month and they are an amazing upgrade to the mid-2000's cutting boards I had that were probably leeching microplastics into my food. The bamboo boards are easy to clean and maintain! I've been oiling them with a little olive oil following washing just to keep them fresh. I will definitely be grabbing a larger size cutting board next! Meat pictured is about a 3lb roast for comparison on the largest board in this set.
