If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (your order confirmation email is sufficient).
To start a return, please contact us at info@homedecorhubs.com with your order number and details of the item you would like to return. Returns must be authorized before you send any items back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. The return shipping address will be included in your return confirmation email.
2. Shipping Costs for Returns
We currently offer **free return shipping** on eligible returns within our service areas.
– If your return is approved and the item meets our return conditions (unused, undamaged, original packaging), we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
– You will not be charged any restocking fees for returns.
Original shipping charges (the cost you paid for the original delivery) are non-refundable, except where required by law or when the return is approved due to our error (defective or incorrect item).
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include clear photos of:
– the product
– the packaging
– the shipping label

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We want our return policy to be simple and fair. We do **not** classify any products as “final sale only” by default.
However, certain items may still be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, including but not limited to:
– Items that have been used with food, liquids, or heat
– Items that are not in their original condition or are damaged due to misuse
– Gift cards

5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
At this time, we do not process direct item-for-item exchanges.
6. Order Cancellations
We process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately at info@homedecorhubs.com.
We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or change an order once it has been submitted, especially if it has already been processed or shipped. If the order has already shipped, you may need to follow the standard return process.
7. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
