Elevate your cooking with this uncoated forged wrought iron wok designed for high-heat stir frying and deep searing. It features a natural surface that improves with seasoning and requires basic care to prevent rust exposure.
- Forged Iron Body: Crafted using high temperature forging to create a robust thickness that handles thermal stress without warping.
- Capacious Dimensions: At approximately 15 inches wide, this pan provides ample space for preparing large portions of stir fried dishes.
- Secure Wooden Handle: An ergonomically shaped wood attachment insulates heat to protect hands during active cooking operations.
- Helper Lift Ear: A secondary metallic loop on the rim allows for secure two handed gripping when transporting full contents.
- Unseasoned Delivery: The bare metal pot requires manual seasoning prior to first use to activate its natural nonstick properties.
- Versatile Cooking Modes: Compatible with multiple techniques including boiling noodles, sautéing vegetables, and searing meats efficiently.
- Metal Utensil Safe: The hard iron composition stands up to scraping from stainless steel or iron spatulas without damage.
- Maintenance Requirements: Regular cleaning and drying practices prevent rust and maintain the integrity of the uncoated iron surface.
This design prioritizes stability and longevity through simple mechanics rather than chemical coatings. With proper maintenance and occasional re seasoning, it becomes a durable staple for daily home meal routines.
