Installation Steps:
- Firstly, install the sputnik looking thing with nothing on.
- Secondly, insert your bulbs and test your wiring, light going on, etc.
- Then, once up and wired, screw in the crystal strings into the sputnik.
- Finally, only once you've confirmed that everything is good, start tie-wrap cutting.
- Now, a bling chandelier is done!
