What is Maria Theresa chandelier?
Maria Teresa Chandelier was first made in Italy some 300 Years ago in honour of the empress.
We have carefully recreated it using our master craftsman's delicate approach with style, manufacturing and using quality materials and pure crystals.

Will this chandelier be assembed when arriving?
For transportation safety, It requires you to assemble, wiring and hang the crystals, and will take long time. However, It's not complicated, it just requires you to have patience and install chandelier refer to installation manual.

What kind of light bulbs do I need to purchase?
Because each person has different requirements for the function, power, and color temperature of the light bulb, so the bulbs were not included in this product. Chandelier require 36 pieces E12 bulbs(110V, Max 60W)

What material is the clip that wraps the light arm? and the candle tube on light holders?
The clips wraps the light arm are quality glasses, not acrylic, you can try burning it with fire.
The candle tube on light holders is made of metal, will not deform or turn yellow due to the heating of the bulb.

What if any accessories are damaged?
We have considered the possible damage that may occur during transportation and installation, there are spare parts in package for some Fragile or easily lost parts.
