This 14-inch carbon steel wok set is designed for high-heat cooking methods such as stir-frying and sautéing. Built with heavy-duty materials and a rounded geometry, it facilitates rapid heating and professional-grade versatility for Asian cuisine or daily meals.
- 14-Inch Diameter: The spacious round bottom provides sufficient area for tossing large portions without creating unevenly cooked steam.
- Carbon Steel Construction: Robust metal composition ensures the cookware withstands continuous use while retaining and conducting heat effectively.
- Hand-Hammered Texture: The textured inner surface is created through hammering to aid in browning ingredients during fast-paced cooking.
- 8-Inch Wooden Grip: An extended wooden handle stays cool to touch and allows safe movement when transferring hot vessels.
- Rivet Fastening: The handle is anchored using three rivets for stability when lifting the wok or shaking ingredients.
- High Vertical Walls: Elevated sides prevent food from jumping out while supporting thorough mixing action during the frying process.
- Burner Support Ring: Comes with a ring designed to rest on black grates and center the wok over the heat source.
- Curved Spatula: Included utensil conforms to the wok interior shape to facilitate shoveling and flipping food easily.
The included accessories streamline the prep process by ensuring proper placement on stoves and enabling easy ingredient flipping. Regular maintenance including drying and oiling helps preserve the material condition, allowing for reliable use over time without risking rust spots on the metal.
