This 13-inch carbon steel wok combines durability with versatile cooking performance for everyday meal preparation. Engineered to deliver high heat retention and natural non-stick capabilities, it supports everything from searing meats to simmering broths safely.
- PFOA-Free Construction: Made from pure carbon steel hardened via high-temperature nitriding without harmful chemical coatings like PFAS.
- Natural Patina Formation: Develops an oil-based non-stick layer over time, resisting rust and corrosion better than flimsy synthetic coatings.
- Flat Bottom Stability: Designed with a flat base to ensure secure contact with all stove surfaces for even heating and no hot spots.
- Rapid Heat Transfer: Distributes heat instantly to reach high temperatures required for authentic stir-fry techniques.
- Ergonomic Cool-Grip Handle: Sanded smooth to resist moisture, this contour fits the palm and stays cool during high-heat blasting.
- Acid-Safe Cooking: Suitable for deglazing with wine or cooking acidic ingredients without damaging the seasoned surface.
- Complete 9-Piece Utility Set: Includes the wok, glass lid, steel utensils, four pot pads, and an oil strainer for immediate use.
- Efficient Cleanup Process: Requires only warm water and a soft sponge to remove food residue without harsh detergents.
Utilizing this wok enables quick cooking turnover while keeping kitchen tasks streamlined. The included accessories provide all necessary tools for frying, steaming, and serving, making it ideal for busy home cooks who want professional results without complex maintenance.
