This 13-inch carbon steel wok combines high-heat endurance with a nonstick surface designed for versatile stir-frying and everyday meal preparation. Its flat-bottom shape ensures consistent energy transfer for use on induction, gas, electric, and halogen stovetops.
- Premium Carbon Steel: Forged material resists warping and maintains structural integrity through repeated high-temperature cooking sessions.
- Nitriding Coating: Advanced surface treatment creates a rust-proof, scratch-resistant finish that reduces oil requirement during frying.
- Detachable Wooden Handle: Solid wood grip remains cool to the touch and separates from the body for compact vertical storage.
- Flat Bottom Design: Uniform contact with heating elements maximizes warmth efficiency while providing stability on flat glass stovetops.
- Vented Glass Lid: Tempered cover seals flavors inside while vent holes allow controlled steam release during boiling or simmering.
- Riveted Construction: Three-point fixing mechanism anchors the handle securely to prevent loosening or vibration during vigorous cooking.
- Family-Sized Capacity: Measures 13 inches wide and 3.5 inches deep to prepare enough food portions for groups of three to five people.
- Complete Accessory Kit: Box contains the wok pan, silicone spatula, cleaning brush, and fit-to-body glass lid ready for use.
The durable build and specialized surface texture streamline meal preparation by preventing food adhesion and easing cleanup efforts. Its broad compatibility allows safe operation alongside various modern appliances, making healthy cookhouse meals accessible for routine household needs.
