This 14-inch carbon steel wok is purpose-built for intense heat cooking and large-portion meal preparation. Designed to withstand high burner settings, the pan supports aggressive browning techniques necessary for achieving rich flavors in stir-fried dishes.
- Surface Material: Uncoated 1.5mm carbon steel requires regular oiling to build a natural protective layer over time.
- Cooking Size: 14-inch round diameter provides ample space for processing ingredients suitable for serving crowds.
- Handle Construction: Birch wood handles attach securely to allow for stable lifting during high-movement cooking activities.
- Base Stability: A flat bottom design keeps the pan balanced on standard stovetops without needing auxiliary racks.
- Heat Conduction: Constructed to transmit energy rapidly, enabling quick searing and texture control on sliced meats.
- Overall Weight: Lighter weight relative to cast iron allows for easier tossing of vegetables and rice contents.
- Seasoning Requirement: Routine conditioning creates a deep, beautiful patina that improves cooking resistance naturally.
- Washing Method: Hand cleaning with warm water and wiping off moisture helps maintain the integrity of the pan.
Owners can integrate this cookware into varied kitchen routines due to its adaptability across different burners and storage needs. Consistent care transforms the surface into a personalized tool that resists food adhesion, making everyday cooking tasks faster and more manageable.
