- Authentic 23.75-Karat Purity: Composed of 99% pure gold and 1% silver, ensuring a true metallic sheen and compliance with food-grade metal standards for safe consumption.
- Tailored Square Dimensions: Each sheet measures 1.5 x 1.5 inches, providing a controlled size perfect for covering small surfaces like macarons, fondant details, and individual cocktail glasses.
- Hand-Safe Loose Format: Supplied in a loose leaf booklet that permits direct contact with fingers, simplifying the transfer process without requiring specialized tweezers or brushes.
- Economical 12-Sheet Yield: Includes 12 leaves per pack that collectively cover approximately 0.19 square feet, offering a practical quantity for home bakers and small-scale pastry operations.
- Vegan and Vegetarian Approved: Certified by the Vegetarian Society to meet rigorous plant-based production criteria, making this decoration suitable for vegan cakes and cruelty-free recipes.
- Consistent Malleability: Engineered for uniform thinness and flexibility, allowing the gold to drape smoothly over curved textures and intricate designs without cracking or tearing.
- Professional Finishing Quality: Delivers a stable, reflective coating suitable for high-end visual presentation in restaurants, bakeries, and event catering environments.
The combination of manageable sheet sizes and hand-friendly packaging streamlines the decoration workflow, reducing stress and cleanup during baking sessions. Precise cuts help avoid overuse of gold in areas where only accent highlights are needed, ensuring efficient material use alongside aesthetic impact. Suitable for everything from wedding cake detailing to specialty cocktail garnishes, this edible gold provides a reliable method to add luminous elegance to any culinary project.
