| How to use? | Before putting the roaster liner in, please pour in enough clean water (6-8oz), wet the sides of the roaster pan and preheat it for 2-3 minutes to avoid uneven heating. After preheating is complete, put the liner in and add the food. |
| Why add water? | Hot spots are generated by the heating elements in the sidewalls of electric roasters and can exceed 400 degrees which may cause the liner to stick. Water, which converts to humidity, will help cool the hot spots. |
